So sizing is a question that comes up pretty often on our Facebook page so I thought I'd create a post to cover it for you guys.
When it comes to shoes, all of our shoes are converted from Chinese size's to UK, it's pretty common knowledge that conversions from China can run a little small and people will need to size up, so the shoes we have available have a handy sizing guide which you'll find in the photos. It's important that you ensure you measure your feet to get the correct size as none of our suppliers for our shoes (as they are specialist/difficult to find in other standard stores and costly to import) will do returns. Obviously for damaged items etc (as per our refund policy) other arrangements can be made, but this rarely happens and will usually be judged on a case by case basis. If you're unsure, please message us before ordering and we will confirm any sizing questions with our supplier beforehand.
For clothing, the same goes in regards to the sizing guides. For each particular item you will find specific guides either in the photos or in the description of the product on the page. If this is not available, you will find, as with most of the products/t-shirts we have, that if they are not in British sizing, the conversions work as below;
S = UK 6, M = UK 8, L = UK 10, XL = UK 12 and so on...
But again, if you are uncertain, drop us a message and we will come back to you as soon as possible to answer your queries.
